How should I prepare for a technical interview at the Sr Developer level?

Recently my manager encouraged me to apply for a Sr. Developer position at the company I currently work for. I have a little over 5 years of development experience but I am not sure I am quite ready for this position. I am attempting to prepare for the technical interview but have no idea where to start or what type of questions to expect at this level. Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for a technical interview at this level?

These things can vary a good deal from company to company, but since you already work there I would think the manager who made the recommendation might be a good resource for getting some interview tips.

Otherwise, your experience may serve you better than you think. Your doubs are probably just due to a moment of "impostor syndrome". Go for it, good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
