how to Create a new rule that targets .star-bg on hover. Use an SVG property to change the fill color to steelblue.

Hi Allison,

It's not asking you to set a transition for this task. The transition was set on the .star-bg rule.

For this task you only have to set the fill color to steelblue.

fill: steelblue;

Also, in the first task you only needed to wrap the circle and path elements with the grouping element. You don't have to make copies of the circle and path elements.
