231,248 PointsThe STRFTIME function allows you to format dates using a string template where tokens identify the parts of the date to be plugged in. The token for a 2-digit month is "%m" and for a 4-digit year is "%Y".
If this seems unfamiliar, you might want to review the Formatting Dates For Reporting video.
