The challenge asked for SaleDate, SaleAmount, FirstName and LastName, in that order. But your query selects FirstName, LastName and SaleAmount. So you return a different number of fields, and in a different order.

Also, the challenge asked that all Sales appear even if there is no SalesRep. But if you start with SalesRep and then LEFT OUTER JOIN Sales, you'll get every SalesRep even if they have no Sales.
