Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside an element that represents a group of introductory content. I'm confused about where it wants these elements. I'm also running on two hours of sleep, that could be why I'm having a hard time understanding

The exercise is asking for the <ul>, <h1>, and first <p> tags to be grouped together inside another tag. Have you covered the <header> tag? That would be a good tag to look into.
