CSS CSS Basics (2014) Basic Selectors Descendant Selectors

I am having issues targeting "the paragraph that is a decendant of the main-content class". Any advice?

I put: header span { font-size: 26px; }

p div { font-weight: bold; }

I seem to have trouble identifying "the paragraph that is a decendant of the main-content class" correctly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello Eliot,

You can target the paragraph in the class main-content by specifically selecting the class and then identify the p (see below).

.main-content p {
}

Use the . before main-content as this in CSS is used to select a class in your HTML. Then select the p after the class which is its child element.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks

It works!
