I am not sure I understand the request. The site has already all the markings necessary

Introductory content is a header div, so it's asking you to wrap those elements like so <header> h1/ul/p etc </header>

Hey Dean how do you wrap code in that form. I've made posts before and I had trouble organizing my code without it looking like that.

q q read the 'markdown cheatsheet' below for full formatting ....

Wrap your code with 3 backticks (```) on the line before and after. If you specify the language after the first set of backticks, in this case backticks then type html...... that'll help us with syntax highlighting.
