I can not figure out how email goes

In the library database there's a patrons table listing all the users of the library. The columns are id, first_name, last_name, address, email, library_id and zip_code.

Generate a list of strings that are in the following format: Andrew Chalkley andrew@teamtreehouse.com. Concatenate the first name, last name and email address for all users.

Alias it to to_field. This will be used in the "To" field in email marketing.

You forgot to show your current code, or link to the challenge page, but I can give you some generic hints.

When concatenating, you can mix fields and literal strings using the "||" operator. And you can give the final result an alias with the "AS" operator. For example, if I had a table of website names and only a partial domain address, I might build a listing of them like this:

SELECT website_name || ": www." || partial_domain || ".com" AS web_site_locations

Be careful when constructing your concatenated string to use spacing and punctuation to conform to the example shown in the challenge.
