I choose a pic and it won't upload into my workspace on the left side?

Im trying to add a photo to my workspace to change out the existing photo, when I drag it to the left, no square or green plus sign show up?

drag and drop to the left bottom.

Make sure to name your picture file accordingly. .jpg .png

right click save as the image.

Hold the picture with your mouse left-click and once you go to workspace on the left hand bottom corner a box will show just drop it there and it will upload.

I seem to be having the same problem and I've tried the suggestions but it still does not help. Can anyone tell me if there is another way around this?

Make sure you name the picture correctly and try if you can reduce the size of the picture, sometimes big sizes won't upload.
