I donΒ΄t get Scramble titles task 2 of 2

I am not sure if is a scope problem.

ScrabblePlayer.java
public class ScrabblePlayer {
  // A String representing all of the tiles that this player has
  private String tiles;
  private String noTitles;
  private String yesTitles;

  public ScrabblePlayer() {
    tiles =  "";
    noTitles="";
      yesTitles ="";
  }

  public String getTiles() {
    return tiles;
  }

  public void addTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Add the tile to tiles
    tiles += tile;

  }

  public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Determine if user has the tile passed in
    boolean goodTitle = titles.indexOf(title) != -1;
    if(goodTitle){
      yesTitle += title;

    }
    else {
      noTitle += title;
    }
  }

Hi Ignacio,

It looks like tiles was confused with titles in your code; noTitles and yesTitles were included as unneeded variables, and your code also introduces an undeclared variable titles to the hasTile function.

I've included a passing version of the code below. Hope that helps!

public class ScrabblePlayer {
  // A String representing all of the tiles that this player has
  private String tiles;

  public ScrabblePlayer() {
    tiles = "";
  }

  public String getTiles() {
    return tiles;
  }

  public void addTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Add the tile to tiles
    tiles += tile;
  }

>!  public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Determine if user has the tile passed in
    return tiles.indexOf(tile) > -1 ;
  }
}

Hope that helps!

Thank you
