I don't understand this challenge! - timeszone.py (pytz / to_timezone)

I am not sure I understand what is needed on this challenge!

timezone.py 
import datetime

import pytz

starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))

def to_timezone(pacific):
    pacific = pytz.timezone('US/Pacific')
    starter_convert = datetime.datetime(pacific)
    return starter_convert

I tried this code challenge as well and my methods didn't work. So I did a little digging into how I passed this challenge before.

We need to use a different method to pass the challenge.

Try passing the timezone into astimezone() in your code.

You don't need to provide a specific hard coded timezone. The function assumes it will be called a specific timezone later on. :)

This code worked for me to pass!

import datetime

import pytz

starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))

def to_timezone(timezone_name):
    new_timezone = pytz.timezone(timezone_name)
    new_date = starter.astimezone(new_timezone)

    return new_date
