I don't understand this question. Place the content ul,h2 and p in an element between header and footer. What do I do?

This is a Code Challenge Structuring process. Can you help? I don't understand the question

Hi mo ode,

You are opening footer, article and header with no necessity and wrapping the remaining content within those tags. The latest paragraphs should be wrap using a footertag because they contain copyright information.
