The error you receive is: Bummer: Didn't find the name in the praise message. Be sure to use the instance attribute!

This means use self.name in your message

You can try your code in a workspace to see if you get the expected results

class Student:
    name = "Michael"

    def praise(self):
        message = "You're doing a great job {}".format(self)
        return message

s = Student()
print(s.praise())

will print
