I dont understand what they are asking me to do, I feel like i am doing this correctly.

I am adding the nav, article and aside tags to what is asking.

Hello there! If you're on the first step of the Structuring Your Content Challenge, it is asking for a single tag to be added. It wants you to place the first <ul>, <h1>, and <p> into a single tag all together - the one that generally represents the content at the top of a page. At this point at least, you don't need the <nav>, <article>, or <aside> tags - just the general one for the content at the top of the page.

If you're still stuck, that top section should look like this:

    <ul>
      <li><a href="#">About</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Work</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Contact</a></li>            
    </ul>
    <h1>My Web Design &amp; Development Portfolio!</h1> 
    <p>A site featuring my latest work.</p>
</header>
