Hey Henry,

The first stage of this challenge asks:

"Create a descendant selector that targets the span inside the header element. Add a font-size property and set the value to 26px."

The descendant selector in this case would be written as:

header span {

 font-size: 26px; 

}

Remember that descendant selectors are asking you to target one element that resides inside of another element, and in order to target them you have to specify them.

So, the code above would read "Target the span element inside of the header tag".

Here is the passing code for all three steps of the challenge:
