can someone please help me regarding the download the video and I have a pro plan to learn

It looks like you're just at the end of your free-trial. Until you are actually billed for the pro-plan, you would still be part of the free trial, and therefore unable to download videos. You can give it a bit and see if you get a notice that your trial is over and you have been billed, or you just send the Support Team a message and see when exactly your trial expires and you switch over to the paid plan.
