The Full Stack Foundations track is well geared to a beginner. If you have trouble be sure to rewatch videos, read the teachers notes, and do all the challenges. If you have trouble with a challenge you can post in the forum for some help.
You can also switch tracks and grab single courses from the Library at your leisure, then go back to where you were in your original track.
