i need a help in answering this < i tried most things(article,sectio,....)

Group each set of h3 and p elements using an element that describes self-contained pieces of content.

You were right the first time, when you used article. But notice that the instructions say to "group each set...", so you'll have more than one group to enclose.

try wrapping it with <article> tags.
