I'm not sure which challenge you are working on, but your WHERE condition is incomplete. When using a relational operator you need to specify a parameter (column) that you want to filter by.
A condition would take the following format:
<column> <rel. operator> <value>
For example, maybe you have a column named "price", in which case you'd use something like:
SELECT * FROM products WHERE price <= 10.99;
