I ran into a wall with the feedback method and I am unsure if it's a syntax issue or an issue with the objects setup

Below is the current code that I have. Also, what python version is this tutorial using? e.g. 2.7 as I want to ensure that any articles that I am reading online align with this tutorial.

def praise(self):
    return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

def reassurance(self):
    return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

Check your indentation.

For a line of code to be considered part of a function, it must be indented. The first line that is not indented indicates that the function code has ended. So in this case, the function has no code.
