I am not sure I am getting this. I pass in *args for the function. I don't know if I full understand the POSIX bit or how to compare multiple POSIX arguments.

think about this *args like it could be one or more. =>"takes any number of POSIX timestamp arguments."
Inside of the methode

for i in args:
.....
Even in the hint there talking about a sort() So use a list , add and sorting and give the "oldest" back.
