in CSS training, when in the quiz, the workspace is not allowing me to edit the font size and other is requesting

Ive refreshed again and again but the program is locking up and not allowing me to make the changes requested to go forward. I do the initial heading change of color and other and then the screen moves on to next task and asks me to make changes in the body but the program is not responding when I attempt to make the changes.

Cannot click in to the space needed to change it.

Were you able to make the changes? I tried the challenge and did have problems so I wanted to see if you were able to get it to work.

Tracy,

When I got back in this morning, I continued with the same issue. I couldn't just click my mouse in the location I needed to edit. I had to click at the top of the document and physically scroll down with the arrow key on my keyboard. Each task that I needed to edit, I had to do exactly the same, getting to the top of the document and clicking at the top then manually scrolling with keyboard arrow to get down into the space to edit. Not sure what changed in the set up. When I started the courses, I could just click where I was requested to change and enter the info.

(Also, not sure if it helps but I am on a MAC running safari with the latest update 10.11.3)

Hmm... Do you get the same problem in Chrome? Or in a private window in Safari?

Tracy, I'm using Safari on my MacBookPro with the latest updates. I don't have any other browsers on my mac (they've been deleted awhile ago as they couldn't compete with Safari for my usage). I made it through several of the coding challenges and got signed up for our local program. Still running into the issue in the "How to Make a Website" class.

Having to click in the top line of the workspaces index.html workspace in the line #1 and then arrow down and/or over to get to the location of where I need to make changes for the code challenges. Not sure what the issue is, but definitely slows down my class progress a tad. Just glad I found a way to navigate around it.
