CSS CSS Basics (2014) Basic Layout Styling the "Wildlife" div with Background Properties

Incorrect example code

Just wondering in task 1 it says to setup a background-image, but it wouldn't it need to be set to:

.wildlife { background-image: url('../img/bear.jpg'); }

Since the image is in the img directory and the css is in its own directory, we'd need to navigate up one in order for the bear.jpg to be displayed. If you omit the ../ the image won't show up.

style.css
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.wildlife {
  background-image: url('img/bear.jpg');
}
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Lake Tahoe</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="page.css">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
  </head>
  <body>
        <div class="primary-content t-border">

Hey Steven,

The example is correct. I agree that the instructions could be more explicit, but when you get an error on the challenge, it actually explicitly says the stylesheet is "not in a separate folder":

Thanks for clarifying the error message. I didn't notice the part about it not being in a separate folder. I was assuming normal structure of having an img and css folder in play.
