IS IT ME OR IS THIS AN ERROR SQL

I belive i have done everything right but my query returns dates like this 00/1987

The token "%M" (capital "M") represents the minute. You probably want "%m" (lower-case "m") instead, which represents the month.

Steven, I am just now getting back to this lesson. Yes, that is correct. I looked up the SQLite Docs and the query needed a capital "Y"

SELECT title, STRFTIME("%m/%Y", date_released) AS month_year_released FROM movies;
