Is this test broken or is there something wrong with my understanding of the question...
I have a new rule, it is on the right element and it uses background-image and linear gradient to create a gradient from bottom to top using the colours specified with a 90% on the second color...
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.main-header {
background-image: linear-gradient( to top, steelblue, darkslateblue 90%);
}
<!DOCTYPE html>

<body>
<header id="top" class="main-header">

Your going to hate this answer or kick yourself.
Remove the space before to top
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.main-header {
background-image: linear-gradient(to top, steelblue, darkslateblue 90%);
}
Hope this helps.

74,902 PointsHi wayne, I know, hence my point the test is broken the css is the same result, I and the syntax highlghter for your example just agree that spaces make things easier to parse ;)
Oh N.b.: tested in jsfiddle as well so I knew it would work, which is why I was complaining the test was broken.
Thanks for pointing it out though, I didn't want to giv the answer to anyone that was stuck (in-case their issue was not knowing) ;)
Happy New Year
