is there something wrong with the compiler for this task. I am entering the code correctly, but it gives an error.

Hi duboi003,

There's nothing wrong with the compiler. I just think there's a misunderstanding here.

In the instructions you're told: The msg string should look similar to this: "Carlos Salgado: developer".

The quotations used are only there to denote that the phrase is a String. The string that msg holds is not meant to contain actual quotations. This is the reason you're not passing the second challenge.

You obviously know what you're doing though. Keep it up, coder.
