360 PointsIsn't it outrageous? I was automatically enrolled into basic subscription
I wanted to log in my account to discover the new content on the site. I wasn't let in because it told me my account was deactivated. I hit on a link to activate it and once I was on the site it asked me to update my payment method. After that I discovered that my Paypal account was charged the monthly fee for something I didn't expect. I then discovered that i was subscribed to the basic plan, which was a surprise to me because it was way beyond what I wanted to do. How can I get my money back?
