Java equality task - I just don't get it

Can someone explain how to solve this because I did what was in the video that is to compare with the value that was put in by the user, but the question is to compare two strings. A bit confused about it

Equality.java
// I have imported a java.io.Console for you, it is named console.
String firstExample = "hello";
String secondExample = "hello";
String thirdExample = "HELLO";

The question is asking you to compare the first string to the second string, then write out the phrase provided if they are equal. Using the compareTo() method you can test two strings for equality. So you are looking for something like.

... if (stringVariableOne.compareTo(stringVariableTwo) == 0) { console.printf("these strings are equal"); } ...
