Trying to figure out something about the javascript MAP function

What i want to know is, Where it says json.people.map(person) =>

is its argument. More specifically, people
is the currentValue
argument that the callback accepts, as detailed here.
Another way you could write that portion of your code is as follows:
json.people.map(function(person) {
getJSON(wikiUrl + person.name, generateHTML);
});
