Learning Metadata

Hey guys,

So an opportunity has presented itself for me to work from home, putting Metadata in pictures or something of the like. Issue is, I don't know a thing about it.

So the question: Where can I learn all about Metadata? I don't know what track it would fall into, and I would love to seize this opportunity.

I suppose there is more to it, but your question fascinated me. This is what I found:

  • How to add metadata to images?
  • Add Metadata on a PC. On a PC,
  • right-click on the image and select Properties.
  • Rename the file in the main window [A].
  • Click the Details tab to add tags and keywords [B].

  • Sounds like a pretty sweet gig. My next thought is what information will you be asked to add. Where will the information come from, and when can I start :D
