Honestly, I'm uncertain how or why it worked. But I just passed this step using:

let firstName = 'Caleb'; let lastName = 'Pooler'; let role = 'developer'; let msg = firstName + " " + lastName + ": " + ":" + role + ".";

it was just a missing + after role and before "."
