line height

When heading size increases , your line height can decrease. Is it true ? As i saw in the video , when line height of the heading was set to 1.3 em , the line height of heading decreases. Why?

Line height is independent of font size. I think what you are seeing in the video is that initially the line height of the header was 1.5em, so obviously when you set it to 1.3em the line height becomes "shorter". That doesn't affect the size of actual font characters though. Like you saw in the video it's common to set the line height of the header slightly smaller than the body copy. This is purely for aesthetics as it tends to look nicer, and not related to the font-size and line-height properties themselves.
