Live Data Preview

Dears i want to know i can make website with live data preview like the below link http://idashboard.acps.k12.va.us:6700/idashboards/viewer/?guestuser=guest&dashID=10

they used SWF but how can i make it like this exactly i am not talking about code of jave to be embedded in html, i am talking how to generate this preview data if they using DWF
