Treehouse TeacherEric;
I was able to get the code you posted above to pass without changing anything. Are you still having issues on your end?
Post back when you get a chance.

Treehouse TeacherEric Hyatt - ouch - I'm sorry you haven't gotten any help on this issue. Craig Dennis and Ken Alger have been working on enhancements to code challenges to give you more information than the default "Bummer" message, so I'm tagging them here to see if they can help on this specific challenge.
