.main-header is acting weird

https://w.trhou.se/pwa7zpg3v8

.main-header {
  padding-top: 170px;
  height: 850px;
/*
  background-color: #ffa949;
  background-image: url("../img/mountains.jpg");
  background-size: cover;
  background-repeat: no-repeat;
  background-position: center;
*/
/*
  background: #ffa949 url("../img/mountains.jpg") no-repeat center / cover;
*/
  background-image: radial-gradient(#ffa949, firebrick);
}

I'm commenting out:

/*
  background: #ffa949 url("../img/mountains.jpg") no-repeat center / cover;
*/

Why can I still see "mountains.jpg" on my ".main-header"?

It isn't showing for me, it's showing the gradient - you're probably caching it :)
