Need urgent help with this question please!

Your boss asks you to tell her how many employees she needs to have on duty during an event. She needs at least 1 employee per every 15 guests. There are expected to be 3,030 guests. Write the spreadsheet equation using a function that will allow you to tell your boss the minimum number of employees needed

I know that it is 3030/15 and I've used: =DIVIDE(3030, 15) but it is incorrect.

A "/" operator will perform a divide; but you can't have a fractional number of employees, so your formula should also round up the result.

The answer is 202, so would I still need to include the rounding function?

I don't think just the number answer will satisfy the question. You're being tested on constructing a formula that would be useful even with different data.
