I'm assuming you're wanting to make the "h2" header 53 pixels. So you would use px instead. For example

h2 {
  font-size: 53px;
}

also it's a good habit to use semicolons at the end.

If you're using em units, and your base font size is 16px, you just need to divide 53px / 16px to get your em value.
