no 'self' on the used_locations list?

In the set_cards() method the empty used_locations list is created without the use of self.used_locations. Is this because it is not intended to be accessed or used outside of the specific set_cards() method? Does it only exist while set_cards() is running?

Hi James Foggin! Is this referencing a specific video? Would you mind sharing the link so that I can assist you with this? Thanks!
