I totally agree with joelearner. Just wanna give some extra explanation. If you assign a value to "msg" twice. It will be overwritten by the 2nd one. Also make sure you don't forget the capital letters since Javascript is case sensitive. In your case "touppercase()" shoulde be "toUpperCase()".

Hi Luis,

You almost have the challenge completed. The only problem you're running into is assigning a value to the msg variable twice.

So, for the third task, append the toUpperCase() to end of the role variable on the same line.

Your revised code should look something like this:

let firstName = "firstName";
let lastName = "lastName";
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ': ' + role.toUpperCase();
