On an empty line beneath the existing code, create a variable called topic

assign to this variable the value of the topic key in the student diictionary

creating_dictionaries.py 
student={'name':'','topic':'python'}
topic={'python'}

Yo need to take out the value of the dictionarie

You can do this with the following code:

  student = {'name':'','topic':'python'}
  topic = student['topic']

This is because in lists you take out the objects by the number they are placed in the list but in dictionaries you take out the objects by the keys each value correspond.

The instructions say to assign "the value of the topic key in the student dictionary".

So you won't need to create another dictionary, just reference the one already there and access the value by using "topic" as the index.
