please help me

Something's wrong with this script. The value in the variable money is only 9. But if you preview this script you'll see the "Time to go to the theater" message. Fix this script so that it correctly tests the money and today variables and prints out the proper alert message: "It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out"

On the first condition it is checking if the money variable is greater than or equal to 100 OR it is Friday. Since one of the conditions is true the first condition is met.

The two pipe characters || means OR,

The two ampersand characters && means AND

if ( true OR true ) { Time to go to the theater. }

I gather from your question you want both conditions to be true, greater than 100 AND it's Friday. That's where I would start looking. Also this condition... } else if ( today !== 'Friday' ) { means "If today does not equal Friday" but the message seems to indicate that you want to output "It's Friday"

The condition in the IF statement must evaluate to true. If (true){ // do this if true }

Yes, I spend a lot of time on it also, I remember. Well, you need to force JavaScript code to that message appears, and you can do it if instead of 'or' you'll add 'and' characters, everywhere, the text don't need's to appear, like 'time to go to the theater and time for a movie'. Next step is to change !== to ===. And you done! Hope it help. You know, I can't add complete answer to you. (They already scolded me for it:)
