Problems calling arrays

I can't see my error.

When click check work I get this message: I do not see the use of the names from contacts array in the output. When calling the multidimensional array, you must first call the outer indexed array and then the inner associative array. Example: $array[#][STRING]

never give ' into echo when you call variable its not valid 

Not Valid : 
echo "$contacts[0]['name']";

Valid : 
echo $contacts[0]['name'];

Also Valid : 
echo "Random text hahaha .... " . $contacts[0]['name'];

I'd like to add that while the examples Patrik provides in the answer above are correct you can in fact call variables within a string if you wrap it in curly braces like this:

echo "{$contacts[0]['name']}";

It is an example of the Complex Syntax for variable parsing.

So the challenge can be solved with this code:
