:point_right: It looks like you're counting the genres instead of the rows.

Also, it seems you attached the alias to the "genre" column instead of the count.

SELECT genre, COUNT(*) AS genre_count FROM books GROUP BY genre;

The database includes a book with no genre, so the correct result will have one blank genre.
