Question here is allready answered later in the video.

When i type sass -v in the command line it returns Sass 4.0.0.alpha.1 (Bleeding Edge).

In the video Guil has version 3.4.13 (Selective Steve)

Can I continue with the version that I have?

And in case anyone stumbles here looking for an answer: Yes, with time there will be newer versions but you will still be ok to continue.
