Question in your screener sample

I feel like you should always have an opt-out answer in a survey or screener. In your last question, I would suggest putting "None of the following" as an option.

You might make people angry that they cannot opt-out of a question if the question does not apply to them. People might not be completely truthful or people will just stop taking the survey altogether.

What do you guys think?
