receiving error message 'No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - scss' when trying to use workspace console

When trying to use the console in the workspace 'No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - scss' comes up, once typing the command 'sass --watch scss:css. all of the files have been added into the workspace aswell.
