Recomened Computer Screen friendly for the eyes

Hi Everyone,

Use to work with a 10 years old LG 22inch computer screen. Even like coding, however after 3-4 hours of continues coding feel as diziness/headache or tightening of head.

If you could recomend a friendly computer screen model for the eyes.

If you could mention exact model/s would assist more and also mention screen dimensions.

Thank You,

Room lighting is probably as much or more important to eye comfort as your screen. Ballast-type fluorescent lights are probably the worst. Also eliminate direct glare on the screen and consider replacing direct room lighting with reflecting lighting.

Thank You,
