Hello. I have a problem with installing sass on my computer.
I installed ruby23 on my windows then I rote the command line gem install sass and gave me an error
C:\Users\skc>gem install sass ERROR: Loading command: install (ArgumentError) unknown encoding name - CP720 ERROR: While executing gem ... (NoMethodError) undefined method `invoke_with_build_args' for nil:NilClass
and when I wrote sudo gem install sass also gave me an error
sudo is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable programm or batch file
