Send whole object to Planet component, or break up into individual elements like Gil did. What's the best form?

I completed this exercise by sending the whole planet object to the Planet component and breaking it up there (props.planet.name) when mapping through the planets array. Gil did it by breaking it up when sending it to the Planet component (props.name). What is the better form?
