stage 3 challenge 1

add an if statement that checks to see if firstExample is equal to secondExample. if it is print out "first is equal to second".

String firstExample = "hello";
if(hello.equals("hello")) {
console.printf("first is equal to second");
System.exit(0);

It seems like it should be

if (firstExample.equals("hello")

however, even more appropriate i think based on what the challenge is asking you would be to try

if (firstExample.equals(secondExample) ( make sure you do this one after you declare the value for secondExample)

Either of those should get you pointed in the right direction, right now you are doing if (hello.equals) but hello is not defined as anything in your code snippet.
